This product seems to be well made, and arrived on time. I have two complaints. First, the photo implies that a stethescope comes with the ‘kit’-it does not. This is deceptive advertising at the least. My other complaint though small, is that the tubing was disconnected from the cuff, and my ex-wife called me asking what was wrong with it. I don’t know if instructions came with it or not, since I bought it as a gift and had it sent to her address.
I thought I was getting a ‘kit’ but they ‘got’ me instead. I don’t care how great a product is or how fast it arrived, if a company uses sleazey practices to get my money they are once and done. I’ll never purchase anything from them again. Who knows what they might try next?
